"Eros Now" app crashing soon after launch on Roku Premium+

I bought a premium subscription to an "Eros Now" and installed their app supported on this Roku platform. After login in using email/password, I cannot launch the channel. It is crashing immediately after launch. It works fine on desktop, phone but not on Roku.
To troubleshoot, I removed this "Eros Now" channel, restarted Roku, and installed it again but with no success. I have not tried the factory reset as I have configured many other apps for payments and personalization. Please help.
