I am all for ads and understand that "free" services have to bring in revenue. Some services offer the ability to "dislike" ads so that the ads are more tailored to you as an individual.
I often look into politics but need a break. Every single commercial break I see at least two ads for the Biden campaign. It's a little odd when I tell my girlfriend "I'm going to catch something on TV and chill for a while" only to scream "What!? You're the one closing down small business ***** ******** son of a *****!"
It doesn't feel too relaxing. Can I "dislike" them somewhere? If not, is there a way to submit a feature or enhancement request to the Roku dev team?
Roku isn't responsible for most of the ads. They are the provider for their own channel and some others (there's no way to determine which ones), but most channels just sign up with some ad provider and take the money and run. Even the channel developers don't really have any input into which ads are shown.
The roko channel Is only showing Biden ads, why???? Is this bias or typical media bias?
Really sick of seeing them too
