Roku has no control over providers deciding to pull a channel, and most likely no idea if the provider will return. Many of those "free" channels are actually offering copyrighted material without permission, and then get shut down. I'm not familiar with that particular channel, so I can't say if they were shut down or they pulled the cord themselves.
