problems at re-installing HBO Max

I started having problems with HBO Max, the screen started to froze to the point where it didn't even let me watch anything, so i decided to delete the app from Roku and re-install, but i couldn't do it, the screen downloads the app but it shows a pop up of mistake, i don't know what to do, please help!

Have to ask this question: did you reboot the Roku before reinstalling? That is a mandatory step after removing a channel but before doing anything else.

@retaichraq123 if you're asking for help with a Samsung TV app, you're on the wrong forum. This one is only for discussing Roku players and Roku TVs. Samsung has never offered a TV with the Roku OS.
