not able to open/access channels

I am unable to access Pandora, PBS, Amazon Prime, & am subscribed to all. 

Roku gaming remote, version 2.01.19.108, Model RC193, MAC address: C8:3A:6B:CA:EA:57

I tried going to the channels then c!picking the *, but nothing happened. I also tried to set up remote for tv control but didn't hear the music.

What can I do?
