no tv provider so using a hotspot

I'm not able to sign into AMC channel although I already have an account with them. I'm also unable to sign in because I don't have a TV Provider. I use my phone wifi hotspot

When a channel asks for your TV provider, they are checking to make sure you are already paying them through a TV provider such as cable TV, satellite, SlingTV etc.  Some channels only work this way.  Others also have a way to pay them directly: eg: HBO has HBOMax, CBS has Paramount+ etc.
