no streaming channels will appear on ROKU

no streaming channels will appear on screen on Roku altho they indicate they are installed.  Do I need to update something somewhere??  ThX

Did you add them via your account on Roku's website?  That adds them to your account but they may not download to your Roku device(s) until each device checks for updates.  You can force a check for updates via Settings.. System..System update..Check now.
