nfl has redone their app from last week now it is telling me I need to pay another 50 dollars. this is ridiculous I bought this for the whole season not just until they changed the app around. there is no way to sign in I didn't have an nfl account when I bought it through roku so there is no sign in addy and password I can use for the code. the nfl is no hope telling me its a roku problem not theirs

I am experiencing the same issue. I called the worthless ROKU costumer service and they said that I have to pay $109 to ROKU to be able to watch the NFL. I called backand said  it was an NFL PROBLEM! The two people that I spoke to had very thick accents and were hard to understand. When I asked to speak with someone else they said no. They offered no suggestions other than pay more money.

I just want what I paid for.
