I have contacted Netflix and they say it is my network but that can’t be right if the network works on my phone but not my tv
Do you have an unblocker or proxy? Are you using a VPN?
I just read THIS ARTICLE, which says Netflix has recently initiated an attempt to block people sharing passwords or using a VPN to get around geographical restrictions. Unfortunately it is also blocking many legitimate users.
A quote from the article:
"Netflix is aware of the situation and is urging users to contact their ISPs.
...
We’re not sure what, exactly, contacting the ISP will do to remedy the situation, but perhaps the ISPs will reset the user’s IP address to one that isn’t registered as a VPN address. Eventually, Netflix will have to figure this situation out — and quickly."
