navigating passwords on CBS

Jump to solution

I wanted to select cbs for my television.  It asked for e-mail address.  Then password.  But what password?  The one to my e-mail?  Or one I do not have for cbs since I'm only selecting it now?  Please help.  I'm old and I hate passwords- especially when I don't what one they are asking for, and when they don't work.  At this point I cannot navigate the password situation for Pandora, which I am not trying any more to place on the tv.

@fredtombarner

Thanks for the inquiry.

Do you currently have an account with CBS to access that channel? For more information about that channel's authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact CBS support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

You can reach CBS support here: https://cbsi.secure.force.com/CBSi/KnowledgeHome?referer=cbs.com%2Faa

Thanks,
Danny
