my subscriptions arn't working

I subscribed to the app crypto charts I can click on configure but that is all it seems like it times out and reverts me to home page I also subscribed to crypto market live price chart says it is a screensaver type but i click to open it and it blinks and goes directly to my home screen

You would have to contact the company that makes that channel, which appears to be something called CryptoCharts. However, when I clicked the link to view their privacy policy, the link timed out, as in the site doesn't exist. It's possible they have gone under. The link to their web site was http://bitcoinroku.com/privacy
