When reinstalljng a channel, it's best to restart your Roku between uninstalling and reinstalling to be sure all vestiges of the old installation are cleared from memory.

If you are unable to resolve the issue after following the steps provided by @makaiguy, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
