movie not available even with subscription

I subscribe to HBO/Movies/Crave. I select a movie from offerings, get message on movie page stating "subscribe", I select it, and on next page get message "you are already subscribed to HBO/Movies/Crave". Grateful for help and thanks.

Which Roku channel are you using? Try adding the Crave channel from the channel store. 

It sounds like you may be using a channel that doesn't support your subscription type.
