lips do not sink up with voice while watching any channels

when any channel is played the voices of the actors do not match their voices

Have you tried a device restart?

From the Roku home screen use menu path Settings > System > System restart. (On a Roku TV the menu path is Settings > System > Power > System restart.)

If what @makaiguy suggested doesnt work:

1) Unplug all devices from AC for 5-10 minutes, then power on in this order:  A) AVR/Soundbar B) TV C) Roku - try again

2) Change Settings/Audio/HDMI=PCM Stereo (you'll lose 5.1 surround) - try again
