Channel availability/access on Roku devices will vary from region to region. You can visit our channel store to know if TLC is available in your location. 

Moreover, you'd want to contact any specific channel/service provider to inquire further about whether they offer their channel/service on the Roku platform in your region.

Depending on where you live, you might also be able to get TLC by subscribing with a provider that offers a number of "cable" channels. Examples are Sling TV, YouTube TV, and Fubo TV.
