I added the Hallmark channel and am paying under my Roku account. When I go there and attempt to log in, a msg is displayed with a code to enter at tv.hallmarkchanneleverywhere.com. Roku is not listed in the dropdown
Can't remember exactly, but when I had Hallmark through Roku, I could either watch it through the Roku Channel or through the "Hallmark on the Roku Channel" Channel/app.
I kept trying to login to the Hallmark Channel (different Channel/app) and realized my mistake. Perhaps this is your situation? If I paid Hallmark directly, then I could have used the Hallmark Channel/app and accessed their online site as well if I wanted.
