forgetting password

when i go to crave channel and login then when i leave channel and i try to go back i have to login again i have to give my email and password again can someone help?

Thanks for the inquiry.

Channel authorization is done on the partner side, but you might try removing the channel/s, restart your player, and add the channel/s to see if that helps. Shared logins sometimes trigger the partners to send frequent authorizations. If the issue still persists, we suggest you reach out to the providers directly.
