episode 1 of seasons 3,4 & 5 missing from HBO's Larry Sanders Show

im trying to watch through The Larry Sanders Show during my 7 day free trial of HBO on The Roku Channel but im up to season 4 and cant watch the season premiere because its not available. it is available on HBO Now but i dont have access to that app anymore. 

 

Episode 1 is missing from other seasons as well but im mainly concerned with having Season 4 Episode 1 available for my viewing pleasure. Please help!
