connectivity.

After a recent missed payment, my account got activated after i contacted Support. However, since then, Ihave not been able to access my ASTV app to watch channels. I have sent messages to support but so far, nothing and I am still waiting. Problem is I start the roku, it starts then I select the ASTV app. It starts trying to connect for a while, then changes to retrieving for a while, then goes back to the homepage. This happens exactly all the time. Frustrated.

Hi @Papjay,

Thanks for the post.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote, and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Please try doing this and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.
