cloud dvr no longer working

I have 3 roku sticks and 1 roku tv and the spectrum app has always worked with occaisional buffering. I pay extra for the cloud dvr and that has recently quit working. The dvr works fine when I  access it from my android phone or tablet but none of the roku equipment will play any of my saved recordings. I get an error code. I have logged out of spectrum  and back in, reset modem, etc., but cannot delete and reinstall the spectrum app because of the contract dispute with spectrum and roku. Any ideas?

If you DVR contract is with Spectrum its between you and them.

Spectrum is the one provider that doesnt want to play nice.
