channels not working

hi i’ve been trying to access my channels but they don’t load, they tell me soothing was wrong or flat out don’t load. it’s telling me that i have good connection and tried restarting and disconnecting but nothing is working. I can’t use it at all and don’t know why, if someone might know how to fix it i would love any advice.

If still having an issue and everything was working properly before, try rebooting your router and do a System Restart of the Roku. (Settings..System...System Restart).  If RokuTV (Setting..Power...System Restart)
