channel deleted

Hello, I have my cable company completely legal, I have my app for roku and today it was eliminated, where can I call or where can I send my licenses on the content, I have in order and legal my 4 licenses to distribute 120 channels, these channels I pay for them every month, companies that distribute the content.
If someone helps me I will be eternally grateful.
