Hello i was just in a hurricane and lost power for 2 days and cable and internet for 4 days everything is back up and running smooth but i went to watch own and its telling me i have to reactivate the app so i try and it accepts the code but does nothing i have notified the cable company and they say that the problem is on the roku end even the food network and id go app wont activate and i have those channels in my cable sub please help
Try removing the channels that don't work - from the home screen, highlight the channel, press the * button on the remote and select "Remove" or whatever it says. Then restart/reboot your Roku (do not skip that step) and then add the channels again.
