We recently got a free AppleTV account. We loaded it on our Roku Express+player and everything works fine until we select a program to watch. We then get this error with any selection:
'This video isn't available to watch. Wait a moment and try again.'(OK check box displays below) We OK it, wait, try again and get the same error message.
We have gone thru the ROKU set up process several times, uninstalled and reinstalled AppleTV 3x, double checked the Apple ID, rebooted the modem and every wifi connected device, and have spent several hours on with AppleTV support to no avail. They recommended we contact Roku.
Any idea how to fix? No problems with any other channel we view. Thanks!
Please make sure that when you remove the channel that you are restarting your device before adding the channel back again.
If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Apple TV directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Apple TV channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
