I am having problems connecting and using the Xfinity X1 platform app that is offered by Roku. Can someone help me trouble shoot this?
What kind of problems? The Roku must be connected to your home Internet, and you must have Comcast Internet (I think.) Your modem/gateway must be properly associated with your account and video account. Sometimes, they get out of sync and it thinks you are not authorized.
Thank you. I have suggested this to Comcast. They insist that is not the case. How do I get them to do what you are suggesting. They “say” they are programming a work around - which means this may be a bigger issue (if true). I also am getting the same error code when using the stick.
