can't get streaming TV

when i try to sign in on the "streaming TV" channel it asks for my user name and password , but when i use my Roku e-mail and password it says that its incorrect !!  i have checked and rechecked to make sure i have it right but get the same  thing !!  is there  another username and password that  i  need to set up ?

I tried searching for "streaming TV" in the Roku channel store but couldn't find anything specific.  I'm assuming that's not the full or exact name.

If it is some kind of premium/subscription TV then they would be asking for the password to your account with them, not for your Roku account.
