I have been streaming with Roku and Spectrum for a long time and it has been Great! However at the end of April I was not able to access the "Live" content for several channels...I do turn off my device every night...I have removed these apps and re-added them, used my cable provider sign in info, but still not able to access the live content...can you please check if there was an update that has been added in the last 3 maybe 4 weeks to block this access?
Let's start with a couple of questions. What is the Roku player (model number, not name)? What specific channels are giving you a problem? Any error message on the screen?
When you removed the channels and reinstalled, did you reboot the Roku before reinstalling? If not, the uninstall wasn't complete, so you might try again, making sure you reboot after the removal but before the reinstall.
