can't access discovery+ only in my roku devices

i can't access the disc+ app because of an error.  i uninstalled it and updated the system  nothing seems to work 

i contact discovery support and there is nothing wrong with the app. since i can access it on my phone and computer but not in roku

message:  something went wrong lets try again

please help

Thanks for the post.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Keep us posted.
