I have (2) devices, an Express And A Premier. Both devices are doing the same. I can not stream Xfinity,
Xfinity starts initializing but does not connect. internet strength is excellent. updates OK, tried removing app and reinstall, no help, tried rebooting roku, no help. any one else expierencing same?
Happening to me too!
I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and reset the Rolu 2 device. Then I reset the cable modem and after that the xfinity app had me re-activate the app and after that it appeared to work.
