can not open apps,

all apps but iHeart radio will not open using ATT but will work using Verizon phone as hot spot.

Thanks for the post.

If you are able to access your channels when using a hotspot, but cannot use them when using your regular wireless network, this would lead us to believe that there is probably an issue with your network. Have you tried rebooting your wireless network to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing?

Please keep us posted what you find out.
