amazon prime disappears daily from channel list....it worked ok up until a couple of days ago

Have had no issues for a year or so and now everyday it wants me to reload app

Make sure the app is updated.

Otherwise remove it, and, remove any MicroSD

Do Settings/System/System restart

Then reinstall it.

Thanks for the inquiry.

When you say that it disappears from the channel list each day, is the channel being removed from another Roku device that is shared on the same account?

Devices that are linked to the same Roku account will have the same channels on each device as long as they are supported. If a channel is added or removed on one device, it will happen on all the devices on that account.
