Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
I had no difficulty adding and launching the Apple TV app.
Anybody wanting to help will need more information from you like what Roku device and model number do you have and what is the actual error message that you get. If you can't put the error message to words, a photo of what you see might help them.
Your problem may have been caused by a major disruption on December 7, 2021 at AWS (Amazon Web Services) which handles a large portion of net services. AWS reports the cause has been mitigated and that services are gradually returning to normal.
