Is there an option in the Spectrum app to log out of your old Spectrum account? If not, you will need to remove the channel, restart your device, then add the channel back again.
In some cases where the account information is still saved, you may need to remove the channel, then try to perform a factory reset. Then once your device has been set back up again, try adding the channel back again.
