YuppTV not working, shows “payment failed”

I have to pay USD 1.99 every month for YuppTV activation. The payment has been made, however it shows “payment failed” and I cannot access YuppTV. I have logged out and logged in again, still it shows “payment failed”.

kindly advise solutions. Thanks.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Having same issue. Contacted YUPPTV developer too. They told issue is not because of them. This particular payment of $1.99 is being collected by Roku to use YUPPTV, so it is failing at Roku's end. Please fix this.
