It seems I am NOT the only one having an issue with channels NOT loading and returning to home screen. I have done ALL suggestions and STILL YouTube doesn't load. I'm guessing roku will have to lose customers in order for it to be fixed. Issue NEEDS resolved!
When I start streaming (eg Netflix or YouTube TV) on my Roku Ultra, everything is fine, and then a minute or 2 in the streaming will abruptly stop and I’m back on the home page. I’ve tried restarting repeatedly, but cannot get tye streaming to continue for longer than a minute or two without cutting off and returning to home.
Can you provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? How are you powering your Roku device?
If you are unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
