Do other apps work on your Roku? Or is YouTube the only one "not working." And what do you mean by "not working?" Can you explain? That phrase could mean the app won't launch at all, that the app launches but logs you out, it launches but videos won't play, it launches but videos crash the app ...
You see? We need more info about the issue, as "not working" doesn't really provide enough info for troubleshooting.
