Youtube not launching

I have 2 Roku Ultra and youtube is not able to launch on either device.  I unistalled the app restarted the device and reinstalled that didn't work.  I did a factory reset and that didn't work either.

Thanks for the post.

When you tried to perform a factory reset, did you make sure to remove the channel before factory resetting. Then after your device is set back up again, try adding the channel to see if the issue is resolved?

Please keep us posted what you find out.
