Youtube Freezing error

Whenever watching YouTube through the app on the Roku TV everytime a ad is done playing the video will pause/freeze 10-20 seconds after every time a ad is played making the app unusable the only way to fix it is to exit the video/restart the app and when you god back into the video a ad will usually play 5-10 seconds after it starts making me have to fix it over and over please fix this issue in the next update Roku Team

Hi @Yoon,

Thanks for the post.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote, and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
If that still doesn't clear up the issue you're experiencing, we recommend contacting the channel provider directly to follow-up for more help. They’ll be able to best assist with any issues that are occurring within their channel.
