YouTube image problem

On my PHILIPS 3000 TV, the entire perimeter of the image is cut off, (I have a Roku Express 3700) I have a similar problem to ↓ https://community.roku.com/t5/Playback-Issues-Audio-Video-Power/Youtube-and-other-apps-overscan/td-p...

But for the solution, I don't have the same settings, has anyone found a solution for my device?

Re: YouTube image problem

I googled around for a manual and I'm not sure it is for your exact model, but it says you should have settings->overscan.  Judging by the picture in the manual, it defaults to "on".

@Nugglet

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried contacting YouTube support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

You can reach YouTube support here: https://support.google.com/youtube/?hl=en

Thanks,
Danny

Re: YouTube image problem

Well, "PHILIPS 3000" seems to be a whole series of TVs so I just looked at the first manual that I found.  If you search for a manual for your exact model, you may have better luck.
