Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
My family wanted to watch Star Wars (for the kids’ first time!) tonight so we opened Disney+ but none of the programs on that channel had any audio. However our TCL Roku TV was still making sounds from the remote control and other channels had sound. So we switched over to YouTube TV to watch it instead. But then about a third of the way through the movie, YouTube TV crashed and now it keeps telling us, “The channel did not launch, please try again later.” I have uninstalled the YouTube TV channel and reinstalled it, rebooted our Wi-Fi router, and still it is giving us this error.
What a way to end 2020, so much for our family movie night! :-(
