Yes, we just purchased Roku Primiere and so far we are very frustrated. You cannot get in touch with a customer service rep, so I am going to try this platform. When we first set up our account and started using it, we were able to stream You Tube videos. Then, after a few days, we were unable to stream any videos and it wants us to buy You Tube TV. What happened? I don't want You Tube TV. I just want the ability to stream a few videos now and then. Can someone help, please.
Are you using the Youtube channel or Youtube TV channel?
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
