While watching video in YouTube. If I hit the microphone button on the remote without giving a command. Most buttons on remote no longer get app to respond. The button press sound is still heard. Back, d pad, play, fast forward don’t work. Home button and microphone button work. Other apps like Netflix don’t respond this way. Meaning the buttons still work after hitting mic without giving command.

For clarification, why are you pressing the microphone button without giving a command? We would only recommend utilizing the microphone button when using voice commands.

By accident. It is directly above the play/pause button.  If I wanted to pause the video and hit the mic button.  The play button no longer responds.
