After watching Xfinity for months without issue using the Ultra, we got up today and suddenly we have to login using a code through our mobile device but shortly afterwards, we get a notification which says it’s having trouble logging us in through the App and to try again later. I’ve verified our internet is working through Xfinity plus we can watch tv in another room using the Stick. We’ve disconnect both the modem and the ultra in attempts to reset them to no avail.

You'll want to contact Xfinity's support team. They'll be able to access their login portal and better assist with the problem you're experiencing. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel providers themselves.
