Xfinity stream beta cloud dvr isnt working on Roku smart tvs
I have 3 Roku smart TVs and use the xfinity stream beta app with the cloud DVR. The stream app itself is working fine, but the DVR function isnt working. I've been troubleshooting using the Stream app on my phone to compare, and the scheduled recordings show up on my phone, but not on the TV app and there are no recorded shows displayed on both the phone and the TVs. I've hit record on a show in real time and it doesn't show up in my saved recordings. I had this problem last week and it resolved after switching my package, but I'm having the same problem. A technician came out today and he couldn't resolve the issue after factory resets, deleting app and rebooting router. Any ideas?
