I recently got a new fiber network and I'm trying to replace my old xfinity network but not my cable services. When I try to use the new network on my roku devices I cant connect to the xfinity app, but I can do so on the xfinity network. Do I have to use their network to use their app? It just seems silly that I cant use my cable services on Roku with a diffrent provider.
