Xfinity Stream app with my Roku streaming stick + 3810

I have two Roku Streaming Stick +'s but can't seem to load the Xfinity Streaming app. Can someone help me find the instruction to load it. I search for it and it says loading for a second and then nothing happens, it says add channel etc but does nothing.

Are you able to add other channels? How many channels do you currently have on your Roku account? Are you currently connected to your wireless network and able to stream content on your other channels?

Have you tried restarting your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel once more. Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?
