Xfinity Stream Beta - failed install

I try to add this channel but it just says it failed to add. Gives me no reason or error code to look up. And there is no way to call/chat/email into Roku support for help.

Thanks for the post.

Could you tell us how are you adding the Xfinity channel? Is it directly on your TV screen or from the website? Please also provide us the model number of your Roku device. It can be located by navigating to Settings > System > About

Tried adding direct on tv. Result channel install failed.

tried on the website, then did manual update still not added

Your old Roku 1 2710 is not listed on Xfinity's page of Roku devices they support:
