Xfinity Steaming

We just bought our Roku and downloaded the Xfinity stream app for it and logged in and it will only show our purchased items nit doesn’t give us the option for live tv... any ideas on how to fix this?

You should contact Xfinity.

I assume you did the activation thing with a computer......

Otherwise are you in a Locast supported area???
