Xfinity Steaming

We just bought our Roku and downloaded the Xfinity stream app for it and logged in and it will only show our purchased items nit doesn’t give us the option for live tv... any ideas on how to fix this?

You should contact Xfinity.

I assume you did the activation thing with a computer......

I need help with this exact thing. I contacted Xfinity and they tried everything...I reinstalled at least 6 times...restarted Roku...then they were at a loss and said to contact Roku! Help!!

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Xfinity support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
