I have the same error on all my roku devices. Comcast tech just left. Comcast states To my does not support their app on any devices but x models and up and that my devices are no longer supported. Way to go roku and comcast. Drain our pockets with your products then kick us to the curb after we have paid you. This should be a class action law suit
