Don't forget that Xfinity themselves call their channel a BETA. Many people for some time have reported problems with it. If your problem is just with that channel, and everything else works fine, then the problem is with the Xfinity channel, and Xfinity is the only ones who can help.

Roku doesn't create or support any of the available channels other than Roku Media Player and The Roku Channel.

Thanks for the note.

As @atc98092 mentioned, we would recommend removing the channel, restarting your device, and adding the channel to see if that resolves your issue.
